It is the story of a resident of Maglione returning from a trip to the Orient, comfortably seated on a home sofa. Flying over lands and seas is the central theme of the work. The ocean is the pool of water. The group of bronze elephants reproduces souvenirs from the markets of the places visited, such as those found in Tunis or Algiers. An internal circuit system allows water to gush from the elephants and return to the pool. The continuous movement lends both pleasure and vitality to the whole.
